A stem of rosebuds and satin ribbon rise on the front right side. A bit of navy blue netting is tucked into the brim and on the outside of the rosebuds. Crown rises and is slightly peaked. Interior is finished with a blue ribbon. Label is Smartwear Irving Saks, Roanoke VA. There is a size tag of 22 1 2. It does show a bit of wear and age.
